Georg Porisch comes from a family involved in car dealerships and has managed his own as well as other car dealerships and network organizations as an independent multi-brand dealer, CEO, and General Manager, overseeing sales, aftersales, and parts trading for well-known automotive and commercial vehicle brands. This extensive experience allows him to master this business from personal experience. This is the foundation of his excellent dealer and industry knowledge, as well as his relationships with brand manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, and banks.

PAC’s expertise lies in analyzing a company’s situation quickly, professionally evaluating it, and defining targeted measures. In the areas of sales, service, and parts, we excel at quickly identifying root causes and deficiencies, developing problem analyses and solution concepts, and promptly, effectively, and cost-effectively implementing them in coordination with the management.

Education and Experience:

Georg Porisch holds a Master of Business Administration MBA (University of Munich / Germany) and is trained as an Automobile Mechatronics Technician (Automobile Guild Nuremberg / Germany). Additionally, he is a specialist in workplace safety in workshops (German Professional Association). Furthermore, he has acquired experience in every aspect of car dealerships (sales, aftersales, parts trading, administration, warranty, etc.) and is well-versed in all tasks, processes, and their interactions between departments.
